Addiction Store
What I did not know at first was that the term "convenience store" really was code for an addiction store... Let me explain. When I drove a gasoline car 10+ years ago, I would weekly run in on Friday's and set my self up for the following Monday...
Full tank of gas, oh while I'm here, let me run in and grab a breakfast taco, something to drink (often a Mounten Dew) and something sweet for later - a package of Hostess Ding Dongs or a small packge of Reeses penutbutter cups...
convenient right ? Well, it was not convenient for my health, or finances.
A standard two cake package of Reeses CupCakes have 74g of cargohydrates and 480 calories, when added to the 16 oz Mountain Dew 51g carbohydrates and the breakfast taco. My total carbs for this simple snack was 142g - And no real nutritional value... The general summary of many dietitians and the medical community if that Cancer Loves Sugar! (generaly carbs/sugar are the same).
No wonder I gained so much weight later in life... I was doing this 4 times a month...
Later, I started looking at the main products sold at the addiction stores
Beer, Sugar, The Lottery, Gas. Cigaretts, Chips, Candy etc- all addictive or at the verly least some type of a behavioral addiction -
Now 4 years later - I still have the "pull" of Resses, DingDongs etc but I make sure it is NOT CONVENIENT to aquire...
I feel victium of many of these top 10 worst foods in this YouTube video
Most are sold at addiction stores
Also found this Dr. Phill -YouTube video - (is he a real Doctor?)
